As per the last year cut off osmania medical college offer seats to those students who got a471+ marks.  And Gandhi medical college offers for 469+ marks. As per prediction for this year cut off marks will increase so it is quite difficult to get these colleges. But you have options for other government college. You can apply for them.

So You have very slim chance to get in to it..Apart From Gandhi medical college you can get all the other Gov college..
