The College students of the hostel and their visitors (guests) will not be allowed. No student is allowed to go to the village or anywhere else after 9 pm. Accommodation fee: 5000/- (Literally five thousand rupees) has to be paid at the time of admission. Electrical equipment, e.g., irons, grates, fans, and heaters, etc. If found not used, he will be liable to penal action. Admission to the hostel will not be granted unless the accommodation fee payment receipt is shown to the Superintendent. If the college requires the hostel for any work, the students will have to vacate the hostel for a certain period as per the instructions of the Superintendent without assigning any reason. Umarkhed and Umarkhed area is 15 km. Students with an education gap will not get admission in the hostel.  

The College offers gym facilities to help students maintain physical fitness. The gym contains basic exercise equipment accessible to students throughout the academic year.

The college has hospital facilities, including a health centre with first aid support. It caters to students’ and staff’s immediate medical needs within the campus environment.

The College has departmental laboratories. These labs offer practical exposure and hands-on experience in various science and technical subjects.

The college has a modified and computerized library and learning resource centre with the financial assistance of Dr. Henry & Mrs. Suzanne Croci, the bosom American friend of late, Dr. Atmaramji Gawande, the Godfather of the college. At present, there are 3252 visiting members of the library. There are 36321 books, 26 Journals/Periodicals, 2470 reference books, 296 C.D.3, 54 D.V.S., 216 Journals, bound volumes, and N-list are available in the library.  The carpet area of the library is 392.65 sq. m., including a reading hall of 140.95 sq. mtr. A stockroom of 191.63 sq. mtr. , xerox section, 31.62 sq. mtr.  internet. Cabin 15.31 and a cabin of 18.12 sq. mtr. For the librarian.

The College has a Sports are important in shaping one's personality and keeping one's body and mind healthy. The aim and objective of the sport facilities provided and tournaments organized are to take care of the physical and mental growth of students. College indoor facilities include a badminton court, yoga hall, and a health center, Gymnasium where as outdoor facilities include Lawn Tennis courts, Handball ground, Volleyball ground, Kabaddi ground, Kho-Kho ground, Cricket ground, and a 400-meter running track.

In our college, students are provided with equipment for all of the above-mentioned games throughout the year for training, coaching, inter-class competitions, and inter-collegiate tournaments. Physical efficiency assessments are used to assess their abilities and help them improve their performance.

The College has an alumni association that builds strong connections with former students and supports the development of the institution.

The College has IT facilities, including Wi-Fi, Computers, laptops, scanners, printers, and a projector, which are among the IT resources available at the college. The technology advisory committee is formed, which deals with the issues and policies for improved IT facilities on the campus. 06 classrooms are ICT-enabled, and 07 LCD projectors are being used for academic purposes.

The College guesthouse has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and a kitchenette. Each bedroom has two twin-size beds and one desk. The bathrooms have western-style toilets and running water for bucket baths.  Wi-Fi, bedding, towels, and dinnerware are provided. A private cook and laundry services are also available upon request.

The College canteen plays an important role in providing healthy, safe and nutritious food for the college community. It also acts as a channel to improve good behavior on food and nutrition among the students. The canteen is the student corner where students of various classes meet together and eat together. Students from villages eat their teefin in the canteen. The canteen has three different sections, namely staff, boys, and girls.

The college provides generous parking for two-wheeler and four-wheeler vehicles for students and staff in the college premises. The parking lot is situated near the academic block. Those who park their vehicles have to abide by certain rules and restrictions.

The college building where an audience sits, as distinct from the stage, is the area on which the performance or other object of the audience's attention is presented. The Auditorium will enable the whole educational community to experience together the different events organized by the college, such as festivals, concerts, contests, work exhibitions, college gatherings, Youth Festival, Conferences, Seminars, Cultural activities, formations, and end-of-year celebrations, e.g., handing out diplomas and awards. Our Auditorium is situated near the parking area. Our auditorium has 800 peoples capacity with one floor.

The College provides extracurricular activities of NSS and NCC facilities for all the students

The college also provides good classroom facilities for all the students.

 The College has an active placement cell is providing information to aspirants for jobs by displaying newspaper cuttings, Employment Newspaper, and by inviting companies for campus interviews.  The Cell is linked with the Placement Cell of Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University.
