About GCE, ERODE
Government College of Engineering (GCE) Erode a premier engineering Institute was established in 1984 and run by All Transport Corporations of the Government of Tamil Nadu and now the Institute is converted to the Government College of Engineering, Erode(GCEE). The branches in which the courses are offered at the Government College of Engineering are Computer Science Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Structural Engineering and many more.
Government College of Engineering also called GCE Erode courses are BE/BTech at UG level and ME/MTech at PG level. Admission into the BE/BTech programme is given based on the TNEA counselling process while admission into the ME/MTech programme is given based on CEETA-PG scores. Aspirants are advised to meet the GCE Erode cut-off as prescribed by the management.
Government College of Engineering, Erode has a placement cell that offers placement opportunities to its students. GCE Erode is a government organisation approved as per AICTE norms and is affiliated with Anna University, Chennai. Yes my college have all necessary infrastructure, facilities and all the necessary equipments. Classroom are maintained clean. Libraries are open anytime during college hours. They give importance to sports.

One of the best place to learn about life.But the campus is in the middle of the forest...So it is very hard to go out....This college was built in 1984 So the infastructure is not that much good nd the buildings are looking very old
