Government College, Rhenock Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college has a boys’ hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.

The college has a Girl’s Hostel facility on the Campus. At present, the Hostel building is under construction.

The College Library was established along with the establishment of the college in the year 2005, to meet the information, academic, and research needs of the teachers and students with few collections Total number of books: 6,005 Total no of subject-wise books: 3,406 Total no of Reference books: 202.

The college has Department of Geography has three computers in the geography lab along with different geographical instruments and further up-gradation is going on, Department of Statistics has eight laptops in the statistics laboratory which was started in the year 2013, still, up-gradation is going on for the department, Department of Psychology which was started in the year 2015 in the college has also started upgrading its laboratory and is in progress.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The college has a playground that is under construction. We have outdoor games like badminton, volleyball, etc. We have a separate common room for girls and boys to play table tennis, chess, carom board, and Chinese checkers.

The college has a wi-fi facility for all the students and staff.

The college has a canteen facility for all the students and staff.

The College has a functional Alumni association formed in 2015.

The college has a separate space allotted for parking.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The college also provides Training and Placement opportunities for all the students.
