It would be better if you could have provided your category which is important criterion for prediction. However with the marks of 460 there might be good chances of getting a seat in government medical colleges for BAMS also if you belong to any of the reserved category. The government bams colleges  includes

All India counselling of NEET UG has not been started yet. Supreme Court has allowed commencement of  counselling of NEET . Court has given it final verdict to commence counselling with 27% OBC and 10% EWS reservations for NEET UG counselling 2021. Date of NEET UG counselling is expected to release soon infact in this week. Fee of counselling will be announced soon .

Admission to the BCA programme will be obtained through an associate degree examination or on a merit basis. In 2020 under 85% state quota 555 marks secured seat in GMC GMC Shahdol belonging to OBC Category, this was the least marks required hence comparatively with your provided marks chances for GMC seems tough, though there are possibilities of private medical colleges through state quota such as
