Since you have completed your 10th and 12th from Gujrat as well as your Permanent Residence on Official Government Documents is Gujrat you by default are eligible to take admission under Home State/Domicile Quota is Central or State Government Medical Colleges in Gujrat.
Hello, If you have passed your 10th and 12th in Gujarat only then your marksheets alone will serve as the proof of your domicile. It is not necessary to submit a new domicile certificate. Yes domicile certificate is necessary for admission in MBBS government college but only in state councelling.It doesnt comply the same for India Quota Counselling.Apart from these you will also require 10+2 examination certificate,character certificate,Migration certificate etc.
