with 67%, getting a good course in govt college is almost impossible. if you need low level course and there is a vacancy then you MIGHT have chance.

but for medical, with money,

i regret to say you that you have no chance to get a medical government college with the marks you have. it seems you need above 600 marks to stand a chance atleast.

but you have good chances for private colleges. so try to apply for private counselling
