At a neet score of 450 and rank 132015 general category you have less chances at government institutions and private instituions of madhya pradesh as the cutoff is around 471+.

you can apply for private institutions. you will be eligible only for open seats to all under private institutions

At a neet score of 374  you have no chances at state quota or all india quota the cutoff is around 530+ and also this year cutoff has increase significantly.

you can still apply for private or deemed institutions with a annual fee of around 10lakh to 20 lakh
