dekho state wise alag alag cut offs rehte hai . for example, agar aap UP se ho toh government college me seat milne ke liye maximum rank 60k ka lagta hai ( counselling ke round 3 tak wait krneke baad mostly) aur minimum rank around 5k ya usey
