Dear aspirant,

You secured 82 percentile in MHTCET and you are aiming for government college of pharmacy so let me tell you that you have fair chances of getting into this college. Although there are various factors to be considered for cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs, and difficulty level of the paper.

The college predictor will help you to find out the best possible colleges according to your preference.

For more information you can check out the link given below-

Hi

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 540 marks

you hold low chance to get a seat in Government Medical College.

For example,

in neet  2019, 575 marks for ews category was the lowest marks to get a seat in  government medical college    under UP state quota and it was for Autonomous Medical College, Basti

This year due to large no. of students in the 540+ bracket the cutoff are gonna rise a bit more and you can expect inflation to rise even more so getting a seat is gonna become much more difficult

Hi

Your profile suggest that your domicile state is west Bengal

It's quite difficult to predict because cut off  depends upon various factors like

------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,

------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,

------------)  toughness level of the neet examination

------------)  number of seats available etc

When we go through previous data then

>>>>>>>>> With 55293 AIR

You have low chances in government medical colleges for MBBS

For example,

In Neet 2020, the lowest rank that got a seat in Government Medical College under west Bengal state quota for obc was 38214 AIR and it was for COOCHBEHAR GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL

In other states , your chances for  government mbbs colleges is even lower because you will be eligible for 15 % all india quota in other states for which cut off goes even higher.

Even for Government quota mbbs seats in private medical colleges , your chances are low

You have chances in following private medical colleges  for management quota mbbs in west Bengal which are listed below :-

  • Gouri Devi Institute of Medical Sciences and Hospital, Durgapur

  • IQ City Medical College and Narayana Multispeciality Hospital, Durgapur

  • Jagannath Gupta Institute of Medical Sciences and Hospital, Kolkata

  • ICARE Institute of Medical Science and Research and Dr Bidhan Chandra Roy Hospital, Haldia

  • Shri Ramkrishna Institute of Medical Sciences, Durgapur

And a few more

For bds :-

You have chances for government quota bds seat in private colleges under West Bengal state quota like :-

Haldia Institute of Dental Sciences and Research, Purba Medinipur

Kusum Devi Sunderlal Dugar Jain Dental College and Hospital, Kolkata

Guru Nanak Institute of Dental Science and Research, Kolkata

You can check past year cut off at

Hi,

By considering your rank as 30000, you don't have much chance to get into a government college if you are a Bipc stream student.

The best courses for Inter BiPC:

Medical Science Courses: MBBS, BDS; BDS to MBBS Bridge Course, BSc Nursing.

Pharmacy Courses: D Pharmacy, Bachelor of Pharmacy.

Homeopathy Courses: BHMS-Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery.

Ayurveda Courses: BAMS- Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine, and Surgery.

As per the 2020 statistics, a total of 143254 engineering seats were available for admission. Out of these total seats, 138972 seats are available in Private colleges.

but you may have a chance to get a seat in government college if you are a student of MPC stream having the required reservation quota.

Hope this helps

Wish you luck
