As you know that your rank is too low, therefore you have almost nil probability of getting government college for either MBBS or BDS or any other courses like Ayurveda, homeopathy, Unani, Siddha, Yoga and naturopathy and veterinary.

You didn't mention your marks, so if your marks are above the cutoff marks then only you qualify Neet UG exam and can try for medical courses in private institutions.

However remember that cutoffs changes every year due to various factors such as number of students attempted exam and number of students participated in counselling, difficulty level of exam, reservations and more.
