Hello,

NEET 2021 results have been declared by the National Testing Agency NTA.

To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every depending upon several factors such as-

• Number of applicants in NEET exam

• NEET question paper difficulty level

• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result

• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021

NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-

• General /EWS- 50th percentile

• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile

• General-PwD - 45th percentile

• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile

Marks wise cut off is as following-

• General - 720-138

• OBC/SC/ST - 137-108

• Gen PwD - 137-122

• (OBC /SC / ST ) PwD - 121-108

Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty level of examination cut-off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs have increased compared to last year.

See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year.

It would be very difficult for you to get Government Medical College with your marks, for BDS and MBBS course. However you might want to try getting a seat in few Private colleges & deemed Universities.

With the marks you have scored, you might have chances in Deemed universities-

GITAM Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Visakhapatnam- 197 Marks

Aarupadai Veedu Medical College and Hospt., Puducherry:- 192 marks

•Sree Balaji Medical College and Hospital, Chennai:- 189 marks

• Shri Satya Sai Medical College and RI, Kancheepuram:- 173 marks

• Meenakshi Medical College Host. and Res. Inst., Chenna:- 169 marks

Hello Aspirant,

You have mentioned that you have got 358 mark in neet. ... With this there is a high chance that you can get bams admission as the cut off will be reduced as compared to previous year as the neet exam was difficult compared.

Hello aspirant.

594 marks and 21660 in obc category is a very good score and you are very likely to get a mbba seat in any of the government colleges in kerala.

As per my knowledge you can  definitely  get a seat in any top government medical College for MBBS course

Refer below link for prediction of college

Hi,

with a score of 358, you would not be able to get a seat through the 15% All India quota counselling. In the state counselling of West Bengal in the year 2018, for general category the least cut-off was 479 in the Maldah Medical College, Maldah.Your chances of getting Government College for the course of BAMS or BHMS at marks of 358 is high. Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery BAMS and Bachelor of Homeopathic Medical and Surgery BHMS are the most preferable courses by any NEET aspirant. To get admission in a Government college for BAMS/BHMS course, your score should be above 358 marks. However, it varies from state to state. In some states like Rajasthan, Delhi, Kerala, and Punjab the cutoff may be on the higher side because of less number of seats as well as high competition .With the fact that the cut-offs may increase this year, you do not really have chances in the government medical colleges of your state.

Hope this helps

Wish you luck

Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing well. It is difficult for you to get government seat for bams in 401 marks in all India quota but you may get seat in state quota till mop up round . For getting government bams seat you need to score 450 + in state quota and 550+ in all India quota. This cutoff marks is in accordance with the last year cutoff.

Although getting government seat for bams depends upon various factors like number of students appeared in the exam, category, region, state, state rank, AIQ rank, etc.

A B.A.M.S. provides good career opportunities in the field of medical science. One can become ayurvedic consultant, lecturer , pharmacist , chemist , medical assistant and opt for other roles after successful completion of a B.A.M.S. programme.
For qualifying in NEET, students must have to score minimum of 50 percentile for UR and 40 percentile for SC/ST/OBC category. And to get admission in the Good Private Medical college you must score at least 350 marks in NEET UG.

Hi

I am guessing that is about Neet examination as your profile suggests that you are a medicine aspirant.

Your all India rank is considered and not category rank

This is difficult to predict because cut off  depends upon various factors like

------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,

------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,

------------)  toughness level of the neet examination

------------)  number of seats available

------------) the category you are from etc

But when we go through previous data then

>>>>> with 608 marks

You hold a low chance to get mbbs seat in Government Medical College

For example,

in neet  2020, 627 marks( 9325 AIR)   for obc category was the lowest marks to get mbbs seat in  government medical college   under Rajasthan state quota and it was for Government Medical College, Dungarpur

You can check the same at

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-rajasthan

You have chances for government quota seat in private mbbs colleges under Rajasthan state quota like

  • American Int. Inst. of Med. Sc., Udaipur

  • JNU Institute for Med. Sc. & RC, Jaipur

  • NIMS, Jaipur

  • Pacific Insti. of MS, Udaipur

  • Ananta Institute of Med. Sc., Rajsamand:- 313 marks

And a few more

You have very good chances for government medical colleges for Ayush courses i. e BAMS, BHMS etc in both all Ayush India counselling and state counselling with your marks

Above prediction is on the basis of past year data but  cutoff keeps changing every year  due to   many factors as mentioned earlier, so to have a clear picture of the colleges in   which you have to chances and

to get the complete list of colleges in which you have chances, you can go through our college predictor at

It gives you a personalized report with top college in which you have chances for admission , with the help of predicted colleges you can make better choice while filling your choices of colleges during your counselling

Thank you

  1. NTR college of Veterinary Science, Gannavaram
  2. Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University, Tirupati

However remember that cutoffs changes every year due to various factors such as number of students attempted exam and number of students participated in counselling, difficulty level of exam, reservations and more.
