Amity University BA Admissions 2025
ApplyRanked amongst the top 3% of universities globally (QS Rankings)
Hey, Aspirant..
There are two factors working against you.
-First and foremost, your grades are far too low to be accepted for any government college.
-Secondly, you fall into an unreserved category, which poses a significant obstacle in your path.
You might have gotten a seat in a government BHMS college if you belonged to a certain category.
You can use our college predictor link, which was created based on last year's guidance, to obtain a good indication of the universities you would be eligible for at these grades.

Hello aspirant,
After analysing previous year cutoffs, there are no chances for you to get government seat for BDS course at your score in your category. To get government Dental College in Karnataka in your category one must score 530+ in Neet UG exam.
At your score for more college options you can use our NEET UG college predictor tool:
https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor Hope you get some clarification.
Hello
See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year but yes we can provide you the list of colleges that you can get based on previous years cut-off data.
So according to the data, on such marks and category you have good chances of getting government seat in some medical colleges in Karnataka under state quota according to previous year's cut-off.
As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you have chances in following colleges :-
Bangalore Medical College, Bangalore
Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Medical College, Bangalore
Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences, Bangalore
M.S.Ramaiah Medical College, Bangalore
Khwaja Bande Nawaz Institute Of Medical Sciences, Gulbarga
M.V.J.Medical College and Research Hospital, Channasandra, Bangalore
Dear aspirant
I think you are talking about bihar state. As these factors will contribute to lower cut off then previous year for girls cut off but then also it will not go this much lower. Last year cut off for bihar EWS category was 606 marks and RCG -600 MARKS.
Bihar is very competitive state in terms of medical seats and cut off marks for bihar goes one of highest all over India.
You will have rare chances of getting govt MBBS/BDS college at your expected marks.
Although you have very good chances in BAMS, BHMS or VETERINARY courses. You can try for that.
Use NEET UG college predictor tool to know your other admission possibilities for MBBS, BDS & Ayush courses.

All the best !!
Hello aspirant
NEET 2020 cut off for Gen category candidate in bihar was 616+ marks.
Whereas as cut off marks for reserved category girls (RCG) was 600+ marks.
As this year cut off marks will drop somewhere lower than last year due to toughness level of this paper.
As you are girl and Gen category, you should try to do your COUNSELING in reserved category girls then you will have High chances to get as you are on borderline marks. You will have less chance as normal Gen category candidate.
So do your counselling very wisely both in AIQ and state quota counselling. You have fair chance of getting govt college.
Use NEET UG college predictor tool to know your other admission possibilities for MBBS, BDS & Ayush courses.

All the best !!
Dear aspirant
Being having all these benifits also, your chances is very low to get you govt seat in bihar because there is very high competition and large number of candidates and seat availability is very low.
You must have scored 560-570+ to have some chances.
Last year cut off marks for EWS category was 598 marks and for reserved category girls was 600 marks in bihar govt college.
Although you may try for BAMS/BHMS college at your expected marks in both AIQ ayush counselling and Bihar state counselling. You have good chance to get.
Use NEET UG college predictor tool to know your other admission possibilities for MBBS, BDS & Ayush courses.

Hello megha,
Neet is the sole entrance test for admission to MBBS and other medical and paramedical courses in India. The exam is organised by the National Testing Agency.
Admissions through NEET are basically categorised in two types of quota i.e., All India Quota (AIQ) and State Level Quota. All India Quota comprises 15 per cent of the overall seats and the rest of the 85 per cent are filled under state-level quota.
As per your question, you have got 482 marks in neet which is a good score, you can get MBBS seat under state quota or private college very easily but not under AIQ government seat. As you belong to general ews category so its quite possible to predict about AIQ but can't promise about it as cut-off changes year to year.
