66 MonthsThe Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) course is 5.5 years, which includes 4.5 years of curriculum plus 1 year of rotating internship. It is offered by the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University, Lucknow, and approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
Eligibility Criteria
A student is eligible for entry to the course after clearing the 12th class (Intermediate) examination. Admission are made through U.P. State Combined Pre Medical Test (CPMT) conducted by Director General Medical Education and Training, U.P. for 85% seats and All India Medical Entrance Examination (CBSE Examination) for the remaining 15% seats. Reservation of seats for scheduled caste/tribes 85% and 15% for Unreserved and other backward classes.
