Government Post Graduate College, Seema (GPGC Seema) is a reputed college in Tehsil Rohru, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. Degree wise Admission Process

B.A.: GPGC Seema provides numerous B.A. courses like major in Economics, Geography, Hindi, History, Music, Physical Education, Political Science, Public Administration, Sociology, Sanskrit, and English. Admission to these courses is based on the candidate's 10+2 merit and with the possibility of a merit-based selection process.

B.Sc.: The college offers B.Sc. in Chemistry, Physics, Zoology, Mathematics, and Botany. Applicants with science stream during their 10+2 studies can apply. The candidate's performance in the subject related to the course in their higher secondary education can be taken into consideration by the selection process.

B.Com.: GPGC Seema provides B.Com. and B.Com. (Hons) courses with approved intake capacity of 120 seats for each course. The admission is expected to be on the candidate's performance in 10+2 considering his/her performance in subjects of commerce.

BCA: The college provides a self-financed BCA course with sanctioned intake capacity of 60 seats. Eligibility could be a 10+2 certificate in mathematics or computer science as a subject.

M.A.: Postgraduate courses in Economics, Political Science, History, Hindi, and English are provided, with a sanctioned intake of 20 seats for each course. Enrolment in these courses is usually through a bachelor's degree in the same subject or allied subjects.

M.Com.: M.Com. program also contains an approved intake of 20 seats. Admission is invited from those who have a B.Com. or equivalent degree.

PGDCA: Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Applications with 90 seats approved for intake is offered by the college. Any graduate student in any discipline can be eligible to seek admission in this course.
