24 MonthsBachelor of Education (B.Ed) is a two-year full-time undergraduate course approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offered by Osmania University, Hyderabad.
Candidates with at least fifty percent marks either in the Bachelor’s degree and/or in the Master’s degree in sciences/social sciences/humanities, Bachelor's in Engineering or Technology with specialization in science and mathematics with 55% marks, or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the program.
A candidate for Admission to the 2-year (4 – Semesters) B.Ed. The course has to qualify for the Education Common Entrance Test (Ed. CET) conducted by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education, Government of Telangana, for the Concerned Academic Year.
If you are interested in pursuing a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree in Telangana, you need to appear for the TS EdCET entrance exam. TS EdCET stands for Telangana State Education Common Entrance Test, and it is conducted by Osmania University on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE). The exam is held once a year, and it tests your aptitude and subject knowledge for teaching at the secondary level.
