24 MonthsMaster of Science (M.Sc) in Medical-Surgical Nursing is a two-year full-time program that is the postgraduate level in the nursing course offered by Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, and approved by Indian Nursing Council (INC).
Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate must be a Domicile/permanent resident/ native of Odisha (for All seats in Govt College of Nursing, Berhampur & 85% Govt. seats in Private institutions)
- The candidate must be a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife of ONMC or equivalent to any state nursing council.
- In case a candidate has registered his/her name in another State Nursing Council, he/she has to submit a reciprocal registration certificate from ONMC within one month from the date of admission.
- The minimum educational requirements shall be B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks from the institution recognized by the INC.
- Minimum one year of work experience after Basic B.Sc. Nursing or one-year experience prior to or after Post-Basic B.Sc. nursing.
