ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad is a constituent unit of the ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (A Deemed-to-be University) established under Section 3 of UGC Act, 1956. ICFAI Law School offers certificate, undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes. Apart from this, the institute also offers certificate courses. ICFAI Law School Hyderabad offers courses such as BBA LLB (Hons), BA LLB (Hons), BAJ-LLB (Hons.) at the UG level, LLM at the PG level, PhD in Law full-time and part-time research programme and LLM-Ph.D in Law at the doctoral level. Admissions to all ICFAI Law School Hyderabad courses is based followed by a personal interview conducted by the institute.

ICFAI Law School Hyderabad has been approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI) and the University Grants Commission (UGC). The law school has a placement cell that provides placements to students after the completion of their degree.
