The Indian Institute of Legal Studies (IILS) in Shimla offers a wide range of courses that are designed to meet the needs of individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in the legal field. IILS offers a variety of undergraduate courses in various legal disciplines. The IILS undergraduate courses include a Bachelor of Legislative Law (LLB) and a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Legislative Law (BA LLB). The IILS offers an integrated three-year LL.B. programme, and a five-year BA LLB programme. Before submitting an application, it is important for applicants to know the duration and fee structure of the course they are interested in.

Rs. 2.10 Lakhs | Candidates should have passed Class 12 in Arts, Science and Commerce from a recognised board. Minimum mark criteria are 50% for the general category and 45% for SC/ST. | |
Rs. 1.61 Lakhs | Candidates should have bachelor’s degree In any stream (B.A., B.Com., or B.Sc.) with at least 45% marks for general and 40% marks for SC/ST. |
Note: There will be separate reservation criteria for general category and reserve category students according to IILS admission criteria.
