B.Sc Statistics at Indira Gandhi College of Arts and Science, Puducherry Offline Course

B.Sc Statistics is a Full-Time 3-Years Undergraduate Course and it is offered by Pondicherry University, Puducherry.

The Department of Statistics was established during September 2001. This is the only college offering statistics course in Union Territory of Puducherry. The department comprises of well experienced, efficient and highly-committed faculty members. The department has a well-equipped laboratory with internet connectivity. The department aims at training the students in the development of statistical techniques both in theoretical and practical aspects. It also provides first-hand practical experience in handling sophisticated statistical software like SPSS and SYSTAT in the analysis of data.  For the benefit of the student's, the department regularly organizes the seminars by inviting the eminent personalities in the field of statistics.
