To be more specific, the institute provides various programs on specialized fields of study like hotel management and culinary arts. Admission is based upon the merit performance of the candidate in 10+2 examinations. This course has a very extensive study of different aspects of hotel management and hospitality services.
Diploma in Food and Beverage Production: This is one of the best two-year diploma programs to aspirants interested in a career in the culinary profession. The admission process considers the academic record and passion of the candidates toward culinary arts. The course gives students hands-on experience in professional kitchens and understanding specific roles in food production.
Diploma in Front Office: This is a one-year diploma program offered in front office operations regarding the hospitality sector. Admission is on academic merit and the capability of an individual showing potential in customer service. Students are taught essential skills in front desk management in a hotel.
Diploma in Food and Beverage Service: This is another one-year diploma course which specializes in food and beverage service management. The admission procedure scrutinizes the candidate's performance in academics and also for his interest in the service side of hospitality. Students learn various styles of service, beveragemanagement knowledge, as well as skills to interact with customers.
