Hello,
Yes Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Mumbai accepts NCHM JEE score for admissions. Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Mumbai is a government college which was established in the year 1954 and is affiliated to Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi. The colleges provides the following facilities like Boys Hostel, Girls hostel, Library, Cafeteria, IT infrastructure and Laboratories. The Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Hospitality and Hotel Administration a full-time three-year undergraduate degree course offered by the Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi.
I don't think you are eligible for MSc Hotel Management. If you can look at the eligibility for MSc Hotel Management then you will see that its given that BSc in Hotel Management or Catering or in any equivalent field.
Now I don't think that there are any equivalence between mathematics and hotel management.
I hope my answer helps you. All the very best for your future endeavors!
Hello,
As per ranking ihm pusa is better than ihm mumbai.ihm mumbai has better infrastucture and factilities but placement wise both colleges are almost same.Location of the college also comes in questions,if you prefer mumbai to pusa or vice versa you can choose that,as in the end it comes to your preference. For more information you can refer to this link https://hospitality.careers360.com/articles/top-hotel-management-colleges-in-india
Hello Nikhil!
Yes, the IHMs give admission according to your NCHMCT JEE rank for different categories. There are category reserved seats present in the IHMs according to central government norms.
Go through the below article to get an idea about the seat matrix in the IHMs:-

All the best!
Hello
Your question is not clear. Assuming that you mean that a student has got 400 rank more than what is needed (according to common merit rank) and he wants to get admission in PUSA. Since you are from ST category the chances of you getting an agriculture seat in pusa is high since you have got only 400 higher than needed. If you were from obc then the scenario would have been tricky but for ST a rank below 2000 is good enough to ftech you a seat in pusa. All the best!
Hello Nikhil!
IHM stands for Institute of Hotel Management and it is a government institution. While IIHM stands for International Institute of Hotel Management and is a private institution.
IHM has lower fees than IIHM. IHM offers a 3 years degree and also a pg level course. IIHM offers only degree level program and no pg course. IIHM provides international traning also, unlike IHM.
To get admission in IHM, you have to complete your +2 exam or equivalent board exam. To get admission in IHM, you have to appear for the entrance examination conducted by National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) every year. IHMs also accept JEE scores. To get admission in IIHM, a candidate must pass in Class 12 exam or its equivalent with English as one of the Subjects. If you are appearing in Class 10+2 or equivalent examination, then you can also appear in E-CHAT followed by Group Discussion & Personal Interview of the short listed candidates to be held at all major cities of the country.
Hope you are clear!
Hello,
It is difficult to say a definite rank as all the IHMs have quite different cutoff ranks. For getting admission in top IHMs for general category you need to score 115- 123
out of 200. And as of the rank you should have your rank from 250-4000 then you would have chances for admission in top IHMs
Hope it helps.
Good luck.
Hi Candidate,
There is a general doubt amongst the candidates regarding the use of Freeze and Float options during counselling rounds. So let's discuss them one by one-
Freeze- Freeze option allows you the opportunity to lock your Alloted seat in the Counselling and not participating in further Rounds. Suppose if you have been alloted a college X, and you are satisfied with it you can simply freeze your choice and lock your seat permanently.
Float- Float option provides the candidate an opportunity or change to improve the alloted college by participating in further Rounds. Please note that the chance of getting a better seat only depends on the remaining seat availability and the ratio of your Higher-Ranked students to avail the remaining seats.
Hope that this answer helps you!!

or mail them at jeenchm@gmail.com
Hello aspirant,
Your chance to get a seat in IHM Pusa depends upon your rank and category. If you are a general category candidate then to be on the safe side you need to rank under 300 to get your desired seat. If u answer more than 170 questions correctly, you will surely get rank under 300.
But, if you are SC/ST candidate then you need have rank under 4000 and for OBC candidate the rank need to be under 2100.
Good luck!
Infrastructure is alright compared to a government college but some things need renovations and i have heard it is being done. Hopefully it would be completed soon and the college would have better infrastructure than before
IHM Pusa has a decent infrastructure, College auditorium is good but the classes are not that well maintained, that can be a point of improvement. Kitchens, Bakery, Restaurant of college is fine and has all necessary equipment’s to help students understand.
Infrastructure is best of IHM Pusa . It provides best quality of classrooms and practical rooms. Wifi speed is good and well - maintained . Food provided by IHM pusa is Hygienic and the living spaces is clean .
