The College of Library and Information Science in IPS Academy provides vast opportunities to prepare for a significant and challenging career in Library and Information Science. As 21st-century students, professionals of the 21st century not only gain knowledge in handling print information but also choose their carrier for becoming an information officer in the current digital era.

The Library regularly conducts innovative Information Literacy Programs (ILP) for the benefit of students, researchers, and faculty members, and tries to develop tutorials to make the community proficient in the use of the WWW. We endeavor to further improve all our efforts to facilitate the right information to the right user at the right time. It is situated in the midst of the academic complex of the IPSA and is the hub of all academic activities of the IPSA, and provides comprehensive access to books, journals, reports, e-journals/online databases, e-books, electronic theses and dissertations.

The College provides well-equipped laboratories having advanced instruments, i.e., Digital pH Meter, Conductivity meter, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, Flame Photometer, Polarimeter, High Performance Liquid Chromatography, Pharmaceutical tablet testing instruments, Karl-Fischer instrument, etc
