The ISTAR Library Resource Centre caters to the academic interests and research needs of the student and faculty community of the institute. There are eleven departments offering PG courses in varied branches of Science and Technology. Each department has access to a full-fledged Central Library Resources in addition to learning resources managed at the department level. The ISTAR Library is well stocked with over 11331 print books, 39 print periodicals, more than 6000 online journals (through N-LIST), 97000+ E-Books (through N-LIST), and 1183 CDs/DVDs (books/Journals). The Library and Departments of ISTAR houses industry-relevant reports, standards, annual reports, magazines, encyclopedia, etc. An automated set-up with a user-friendly portal providing single-point access to e-resources using SOUL 2.0 Software is implemented. The Libraries have a rich collection on various subjects like Chemical Engineering, Valuation, Environment Studies, Instrumentation, Computer Technology, and Soft Skills. The 900+ Students and 100+ Staff are taking advantage of the Library Resources.

ISTARAA had organized Annual Alumni Meet-2018 on the occasion of the 19th Annual day of ISTAR on 5th March 2018, Monday. Around seventy (70) distinguished alumni from various departments of ISTAR have remained present despite their busy schedules.
