The Institute of Science and Technology, Paschim Medinipur, is a premier institution of higher education established in 2005. The college provides a comprehensive range of courses under one umbrella. The campus is clean, green, and beautiful, providing an ideal environment for learning. ITI courses are offered under the aegis of the Department of Higher Education, Government of West Bengal, approved by the AICTE, New Delhi, and affiliated to MAKAUT, West Bengal, for B.Tech., M.Tech., MCA., BCA., BBA., BHM., and MHA courses. Diploma (polytechnic) courses are offered under WBSCTVESD and approved by DGET and NCVT.  The IST admissions are based on the entrance exams such as  JEXPO /WBJEE / JEE Main/ MAKAUT CET/ WB PGET/ JEMAT/ JECA. Candidates should have a valid entrance score to get IST admission.
