About JCET Ottapalam
Jawaharlal College of Engineering and Technology Palakkad was established in 2008. The college is approved by the AICTE, and it is a co-educational college where both males and females study together. The total enrolment of the students was 912 with 105 dedicated faculty members.
JCET Palakkad is affiliated with the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University Thiruvananthapuram. The college offers B.Tech, M.Tech and MBA courses in different specialisations. JCET Palakkad courses include B.Tech Aeronautical Engineering, B.Tech Data Science, B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering, M.Tech Cyber Security and others. The duration of the courses ranges from 2 to 4 years.
Admission to the B.Tech programme is made on the basis of the performance of the candidates and the rank obtained by them in the JEE Main or KEAM examination.
