The M.Sc. degree in Applied Psychology is awarded following completion of a two‑year masters programme committed to the study and application of psychological principles and findings. The programme offers students an opportunity to pursue specializations including Community Psychology, Forensic & Investigative Psychology, and Industrial & Organizational Psychology. The degree and instruction is provided by the Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences (JIBS). The programme aims to instil the necessary knowledge and skills for each student’s personal and academic growth, preparing them for immediate employment or Doctorate further study.
Eligibility Criteria
To be able to apply for MA/MSc Applied Psychology at JIBS, candidates must fulfill the following eligibility requirements:
- 50% marks in any undergraduate degree
- Choice of specialisation will have to be made during the time of admission
- Applicants for all postgraduate programmes at JIBS will be selected based on their performance in Jindal-PMAT (Psychology Masters Admissions Test) and personal interaction.
