Training and Placement Cell of S.D.College, Ambala organise the placement for the students. The cell organises the training programmes on personality development and communication skills and helps students to prepare better for the recruitment process. The Institute also makes sure that most of the students are placed into various companies by helping them in every possible way. The cell conducts mock tests and practices session classes on aptitude, quantitative ability, logic and reasoning to make students practice and get better before appearing for the final interview and written test. In short, the placement cell guides the students in framing their careers. In 2019-20, the placement cell has achieved remarkable success by placing more than 150 students of various streams in multinational companies.
