Try using a different device if you are not able to download the application form, if you have a laptop or someone you know does try using the laptop. If even then you aren't able to download your application form try writing a mail to the college or call the number they provide on the site.

b.a llb eligibility criteria for NMIMS is as follows.

The candidate should have passed in the XIIth Standard examination conducted by a recognized Board / University (minimum 50% in examinations). Either CLAT or LSAT Score is Mandatory for B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) & B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) program/s. However there is no separate application form is available for NLAT. you have to registry for ba llb / bba llb 2020, and need to proceed as per the instructions. however you have already filled the application and paid fees. so there is no others form to apply.
