About KNIT Sultanpur

Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology Sultanpur also known as KNIT Sultanpur. Established in 1976 as the Faculty of Technology by the Kamla Nehru Memorial Trust, it was later taken over by the Government of Uttar Pradesh in 1979, and in 1983, it was registered as a separate society and renamed Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology.

KNIT Sultanpur Accreditation: The college has been accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with A grade and the National Board of Accreditation (NBA).

Scheme of 'Merit cum Means Based Scholarship' For Students Belonging to The Minority Communities	The scholarship will be awarded to the students who have secured more than 50% marks or equivalent grades in the previous final examination. The annual income of the family from all sources should not exceed Rs.2.50 lakhs per annum.	An amount of Rs. 20,000 per annum.
Scheme of 'Post Matric Scholarship' For Students Belonging to The Minority Communities	Scholarship will be awarded to the students who have secured more than 50% marks or equivalent grades in the previous final examination. The annual family income should not exceed Rs. 2 lakhs per annum. The students must be admitted for in the first year Diploma/Undergraduate Degree Level Programmes/Courses in AICTE-approved Institutions.	The admission and tuition fee for UG & PG level is Rs. 3,000 per annum.
