The institute provides well-furnished KITTS Trivandrum hostel facilities for girls to accommodate with all basic amenities such as laundry, recreational rooms, study rooms, mess, food and drinking water.

The library at KITTS Thiruvananthapuram is computerised and houses an impressive collection of 7,000 books. These books cover a range of subjects including Travel, Tourism, Management, Culture, and other hospitality-related topics. Students have access to a variety of resources, such as encyclopaedias, dictionaries, destination brochures, digitised student projects, and archived journals. The campus is part of the United Nations World Tourism Organisation’s Depository Library, enabling it to acquire all UNWTO publications. The library offers both print and online versions of various journals, including the Harvard Business Review, Tourism Review, Journal of Travel and Tourism Marketing, and Sage publications. It also provides access to books from the American Library via an interlibrary loan system and an e-database of the J-Gate Social and Management Studies collection.

Kerala Institute of Tourism and Travel Studies provides a computer laboratory with internet connectivity, which facilitates the requirements of management students, tourism professionals, and consultants. A language lab facilitating Indian and foreign languages is an added advantage.
