The college has a well-stocked library with a wide range of books, magazines and journals and a . digital library.  KPIOP Osmanabad provides subscriptions of 20 scientific national and international journals and e-journals of DELNET of AICTE. The college has well-equipped and modern laboratories. The laboratories at KPIOP Osmanabad sophisticated analytical instruments related to various departments of pharmacy. The laboratories are equipped with a Tablet coating pan, automated ampoule filling and sealing machine, capsule filling machine and other necessary equipment.

The college provides separate accommodation facilities for girls within the campus. The girls hostel provides well-ventilated and spacious rooms. The hostel has all the basic amenities along with mess facilities.
