The college has a well-stocked library of 36,000 titles containing entire sections devoted to every subject. It is an Open Access Library with an Automated Barcode feature. KGC Kokrajhar library subscribes to 29 International and National Journals and Periodicals on various subjects. The college library has a Reference Section that houses the Journals, Encyclopaedias and other Books.
The Reading Room subscribes to a large number of Magazines and Newspapers. The college provides Book Bank facilities to the poor students. The library also accommodates Language Lab cum Reference Library and Digital Library. The college library has a seating capacity of 150 students.
