Lady Amritbai Daga College for Women of Arts Commerce and Science and Smt Ratnidevi Purohit College of Home Science and Home Science Technology, Nagpur Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college has a Women’s Education Society that runs a hostel which is situated at the vast and beautiful campus of about 26 acres of land at the Seminary Hills. It provides accommodation to about 200 students with all basic facilities like good and airy rooms with toilets and bathrooms attached to the wings. Mess of the hostel is run by the Hotel Management & Catering Technology Department staff & students. They provide vegetarian meals, snacks, and tea.

The Department of Library science has a rich collection of old and rare books. The library provides e-resources through N List to the students with an e-resource section, The Library also has an Audio Visual Section for visually impaired students to listen to audiobooks, Abrar the audiobook reader is available for these students. Other students could use this section to watch YouTube educational videos, There are a total of six computers for students to read e-resources in this section. Library conducted monthly book review activity conducted for students under the Book club of the library. The library provides an OPAC facility to access the books from the library. The library is partially automated with SOUL 2.0 software at both campuses. Both campuses are equipped with wifi connection with ≥ 50 MBPS. Seminary Hills campus Provides access to 72832 books and 31 journals including back volumes, and it is automated with SOUL 2.0   software and 21 e-books are available.  Access to e-resources INFLIBNET-NLIST, and NDL are also available.

The college has sports facilities for all students.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The college cafeteria at both campuses caters to hygienic food for staff and students. The canteen works under the supervision of the Canteen Committee and Health Committee. The food menu and the rate are decided by the Canteen Committee. The annual contract for the canteen is awarded by inviting tenders. Adherence to norms for cleanliness, quality, and hygiene of food is monitored by the Canteen Committee and it has a manure production unit to produce manure by using kitchen waste and hostel.

The college's One Big Auditorium Justice BhavanishankarNiyogi Hall has an Accommodation capacity of  1000 students as well an additional  Conference Hall (closed auditorium) having a capacity of  200 students. Similarly,the  Seminary Hills Campus has  D. J. Deshmukh Hall having a capacity of 300 students.

The college has good networking for the alumni association.
