No you cannot apply for diploma in pharmacy after completing 10th class only. You need to complete at least 10 + 2 class level board examination for being eligible for diploma in pharmacy. You are a part to study Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology as compulsory subjects for being eligible for diploma in pharmacy course. However the minimum required percentage criteria where are from colleges to colleges and Universities to Universities. The average minimum percentage required is from 35% to 45%.

Sorry but you have not mentioned the college/university in which you want to know about the d pharma seats , so it will be very difficult for me to answer this question as d pharma courses are taught in many colleges amd universities so you have to mention about them , then only i can help you.
