College Infrastructure
It's campus, which is surrounded by towering and unique tree types, is a combination of ancient and new buildings providing infrastructural facilities for the 19 departments. Maharajas is one of the best heritage colleges in the country, having all of the arts intact. The classrooms are well kept and provide a conducive learning atmosphere. The laboratories are well equipped with cutting edge technology and there is free WiFi throughout the campus. The college is spotless and well kept.

The prestigious heritage building that was built on the 18th century can offer more than a college vibe. Here, we have a prestigious library, college owned stadium for sports and athletics. On considering the infrastructure we have one major problem that we face is drainage system is still same that was builded at the time of college construction

Maharaja college is a government college, which provides number of courses like B.com, BA etc.
the admission criteria for courses like B.Com, B.Sc., and B.A is 10+2 completion from any recognized board in the appropriate field with at least 55% aggregate.

Maharaja's college offers Undergraduate, Postgraduate courses in Arts, Commerce and Science streams. The college provide B.S c degree for & Subjects. For the B.A offers 12 subjects. And also the B.com degree. At postgraduate level, the college offers M.s c, M.A and M.com degree in various disciplines . The college also offers research facilities for Ph. D in 11 departments. Admission are done on the basis of merit list on the basis of marks obtained the qualifying exam for both UG & PG courses, except for BA music. All the branches have their own eligibility criteria but overall observation describe that the approximately 45% - 65% are needed .
