M.Arch Urban and Regional Planning at JNEC Aurangabad Offline Course

1. For Maharashtra Candidate–

(i) The candidate should be an Indian National having domicile in Maharashtra state.
(ii) The candidate with a minimum of 50 % marks in aggregate (at least 45% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) in a Bachelor of Architecture degree course or equivalent courses recognized by the Council of Architecture shall be admitted to the post graduate course in architecture.
(iii)Obtained Non-Zero Positive Score in Graduates Aptitude Test in GATE for Architecture conducted by Indian Institute of Technology; or MAH-M.ARCH-CET conducted by state government of Maharashtra or MGMU CET 2023 (M.Arch) or PERA CET 2023 for architecture.
(iv) For sponsored candidates, minimum of two years of full-time work experience in a registered firm /company /industry /educational and/ or research institute/any Government Department or Government Autonomous Organization in the relevant field in which admission is being sought.

Note:
1. Candidates who have appeared in GATE 2021 and having a score which is valid for AY 2021-22 (as mentioned on the scorecard) are eligible for admission.
2. Candidates who have appeared GATE in 2023 with non-zero scores shall be considered on the basis of Marks obtained.
3. Preference shall be given to the Valid Score candidates over not valid score

2. For All India Candidate

(i) The candidate should be an Indian National.
(ii) The candidate with a minimum of 50 % marks in aggregate (at least 45% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) in a Bachelor of Architecture degree course or equivalent courses recognized by the Council of Architecture shall be admitted to the post graduate course in architecture.

3. NRI* Candidate
