The College Library is the ‘Heart’ of the College. The teaching and learning process is supported by the library through reading material. The College Central Library was established in 2000 for students as well as faculty members.

The  College Sports Team participated in various tournaments under the auspices of Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded, and the Department of Sports and Youth Affairs  Govt. Of Maharashtra and invitation Tournaments. The Department is also proud to have organized various Tournaments and Inter-university Coaching Camps and krida mandalas, which not only improve the sporting Talent of the students but also help the students to improve upon their organisation and leadership qualities.

At present, the college is one of the best sports centres in the city, providing scientific Coaching training facility not only to the Mahatama Phule Mahavidyalaya students but to a large section of the public and sports association for their programmes.

Mahatma Phule Mahavidyalaya Ahmedpur has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students across the campus.

 Mahatma Phule Mahavidyalaya Ahmedpur has an auditorium facility for events and seminars. There is also a central ground which is used for events with large audiences.

The college has a good network for the alumni association.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students. These different laboratories help the students understand the concepts.

Mahatma Phule Mahavidyalaya Ahmedpur has a wifi facility for the students and staff. The entire campus is covered under the wifi for better connectivity.

The college encourages students to participate in extracurricular activivties and. The college, through the NSS activities, spreads the message of a greener environment, the evils of burning fossil fuels, and arrangements for proper disposal of plastic waste. This is also extended in the annual social gathering through skits and plays depicting problems and offering solutions.

The college takes up tree plantation through various activities of NSS. The activity is also carried out to mark any special occasion when students of the college are involved. Tree plantation college campus and NSS camp in nearby villages are also carried out to maintain the balance of the ecosystem. At present, trees are planted at Belur, Parchanda, Sora, and Ugilewadi.
