B.Ed at MAM College of Education, Siruganur Offline Course

(i)(a) Candidates with at least 50% marks in Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Sciences, Social Sciences, or Humanities are eligible. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology with a specialization in Science and Mathematics, and a minimum of 55% marks, is also eligible.

(b) Candidates must have undergone a 10+2+3 (15 years) pattern of study and passed qualifying exams conducted by recognized Boards and UGC-recognized universities in one of the school subjects offered by the Directorate of School Education at Secondary/Higher Secondary level.

(c) A three-year Diploma in Engineering is treated as equivalent to +2 for eligibility.

(d) Candidates with U.G. or P.G. Degrees from the Open University System without a 10+2 pattern are not eligible.

(e) Candidates with multiple majors in U.G. degree (double/triple major) must choose only one major and apply for that only. Marks from all majors will be considered to calculate the percentage.

(f) Candidates with degrees under the Additional Degree Programme or lateral entry with less than 3 years duration are not eligible.

(g) Candidates with a four-year Dual Degree Programme or P.G. Degree in subject codes 11 and 12 with less than 50% marks are not eligible, provided major subjects in U.G. and P.G. are the same.

(vii) Candidates with a 5-year integrated P.G. Degree under the 10+2+5 pattern will have marks in the first 3 years considered for subject codes 01 to 10; the last two years' marks for subject codes 11 and 12.

Community  - Minimum Marks in U.G OC  - 50%, BC, BC(M)  - 45%, MBC/DNC  - 43%, SC/SC(A)/ST - 40% shall be eligible for this course.
