Manipal School of Life Sciences, Manipal has a full-fledged placement cell that ensures that maximum students get placed in various reputed organisations. The main goal of the Manipal School of Life Sciences placement cell is to help students find suitable job opportunities. The placement cell is in charge of all activities related to the Manipal School of Life Sciences placement drive. Almost 90% of MSLS postgraduate students are currently employed in industries or pursuing their Ph.D. In India, students have been employed in  various companies such as Advinus, Astra Zeneca, Biocon India, Enzene, Himalaya Healthcare, Natural Remedies, Serum Institute, Syngene, Thermo Fisher Scientific, among many others. According to the Manipal School of Life Sciences placement report for 2019-20 (data taken from the NIRF report), 14 students from the PG programmes were eligible for Manipal School of Life Sciences placements and 5 students were placed with a median salary of Rs.2,50,000. A total of 43 students pursuing 2 years PG programme were eligible for Manipal School of Life Sciences placements out of which 22 students were placed. On the other hand, the median salary offered to students pursuing 2 years PG programme from Manipal School of Life Sciences was Rs.3,72,000  respectively.
