The diploma in Electrical Engineering is a three-year full-time course offered by Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, Mumbai, and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).


Eligibility Criteria

First-Year admission:

  • The candidate should be an Indian national
  • Passed 10th Std./SSC examination or its equivalent, with at least 35% aggregate marks

Direct Second-Year admission:

  • The candidate should be an Indian national
  • HSC/IT/MCVC examination pass

Direct Second Year of Post SSC:

A) Maharashtra State Candidature candidate:

  • Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Mathematics/Biology subject (HSC Science).
  • 10+2 Science with Technical (HSC Bifocal)
  • 10+2 with Vocational (HSC MCVC)
  • 10th + (2 years ITI) with appropriate trade
