Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Homoeopathic Materia Medica is a three-year full-time course offered by Tamil Nadu Dr MGR Medical University, Chennai, and approved by the National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH).


Eligibility Criteria

A Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery or an equivalent qualification in Homoeopathy included in the Second Schedule to the HCC Act, after undergoing a course of study of not less than five years and six months duration including one year compulsory internship
                                                                                                                                         OR
A Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (Graded Degree) or an equivalent qualification in Homoeopathy included in the Second Schedule to the HCC Act after undergoing a course of study of not less than two years’ duration.

Admission Details

The Admission procedures are through AIAPGET (AYUSH), conducted by the National Testing Agency, and followed by single window counselling by the Government of Tamil Nadu.
