Wait for spot rounds as under home quota , seats in nits for obc extends upto 2.5 lakhs in some of the nits like nit sikkim, nit manipur , nit agartala etc. Best of luck

Minimum criteria for joining NITs or IIITs is to get 75% in boards. Since you haven't got this, you will be eligible to sit for allotment, but won't get through document verification stage. Hence the best ways to apply to private colleges which accept JEE mains scores like
