you can ask them to amend required changes .
You must have proof for correction you want .
intially , submit mail regarding the changes to the centre where your counselling will be held .
these are no big issues and these are sorted before the admission process .

If you given a different date of birth in jee mains application it is not going to create any problem. In josaa counselling you have to provide your d.o.b certificate and the date mentioned in that is considered your actual birth date. So don't worry about it.
