as you have 95 percentile which is higher than jee main cutoff so you can appear for josaa counselling

as you dont have a jee advanced rank so you cannot fill iit but you can definitely will nit,gfti,iiit in the choice filling so you are definitely eligible for

Instead of not seating for the counseling and regretting life that you would have got a seat in NIT's/IIIT's with your rank, Please do register for the JOSSA Counseling and do your choice Filling. At least you will have a hope of getting a seat in an Institute.

Your Jee main percentile is more than cut off for SC candidate . So you are elligible to apply in josaa counseling . But your score is low , as per previous cut off you can't get seat .
