    Hey,
    For josaa counseling, the 12th standard marks must be above from 65% for SC. Otherwise your seat will be definitely cancelled. But you can apply for jac delhi counselling, for some colleges like:
    DTU,NSIT,IGDTUW, IIT-D
    And in jac Delhi counseling, the minimum 55% required in each subject.

    You are qualified but your score isn't enough for NITs or IIITs.You need 75+ percentile to be an elligible for IIITs or NITs.But you should participate in JOSAA for sureity.

    May I inform you that any one who qualifes jEE mains  according to his/her category percentile is eligible for Jossa counselling.
    Now as cutoff percentile for SC candidate in JEE mains 2019 was 54 and you have secured 62 percentile, so definitely you are eligible for Jossa counselling

    Since your rank is not too good, its highly unlikely for you to get a college with that rank. But since you have gotten your name in the Common Rank List, you are eligible to apply in the counselling sessions go for choice filling.

    so you can register for the JOSAA-2019 counseling

    better you attend the counselling of the JOSAA .there might be a chance but you give a try for the counselling

    The minimum eligibility criteria for JEE is 75% in Class 10+2 from any recognized board and 65% for SC/ST Candidates. But as your score is 63% in CBSE boards so first of all your JEE Marks will not be considered because you don't meet the minimum eligibility criteria
