                    No, going through JoSSA counselling process, your JEE Advanced and JEE Mains rank/percentile are considered respectively for  IITs/ ISM Dhanbad and NITs/ IIITs/GFTIs.

    Every year JoSAA releases the format for various documents among which the format for the MEdical Certificate is also included. You have to download the Business Rules file from JoSAA 2019 official website and search for a certain annexure which contains the entire required format for the Medical Certificate.

    But its true that you wont get any seats in any reputed institutes through josaa counselling with your percentile .

    Yes, you will be able to get admission in Tezpur University with this rank in JEE mains.

    Anyone who attempted JEE main are eligible for counselling but the allotment of college is fully depends on your rank .

    I am very sorry to say that you will not be allowed to sit for JOSAA counselling as you haven't qualified for advanced. This year only the qualified candidates are allowed to sit for the counselling conducted by JOSAA. You can try in private colleges that accept JEE
