Mewar College of Teacher's Training, Gangrar, is a NCTE-approved institution. The college has a strong emphasis on teacher education courses and provides two regular full-time degree courses: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.).

The admission process of Mewar College of Teacher's Training is formulated to choose suitable candidates for its teacher training courses. The D.El.Ed. course has a total of 50 seats. The course admissions are strictly on the merit basis of marks obtained in the original examination.
