MLR Institute of Technology offers a diverse range of engineering courses. Admission is available to a total of 17 undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at the college. The Engineering and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) is used to determine admission to B.Tech programmes, whereas the Telangana Common Entrance Test is used to determine admission to M.Tech programmes. The management and NRI quotas account for 70% of M.B.A seats, while the merit system, based on candidates' AP ICET scores, accounts for 30%.
