College consists of all the necessary things needed. The library has all the course books. There are no hostel facilities but can find PG and hostel near the college. Classrooms and corridors are well cleaned.

Modern College of Professional Studies, Ghaziabad is a private college affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut and it's been accredited NAAC "B+", it was established in the 2003, now coming to your question with 12th passed qualifications you cannot pursue BEd, because it's eligibility criteria is passed graduation in any discipline with 50% aggregate, check out at https://moderncollege.org/Courses_b.Ed.aspx for more details regarding this,
so you need to complete your graduation first in order to pursue BEd, with your 12th passed qualifications you can pursue Diploma in Education/Diploma in Elementary Education or Bachelor in Elementary Education, or you can go for BSc-BEd or BA-BEd as per your stream, if you pursue this course then you don't have to pursue BEd separately after graduation.
